Overview:

Through a joint venture partnership, Chatham Street Commercial teamed up with developer Triangle Real Estate Co. and food & beverage management company Early Bird, Night Owl on the adaptive reuse of the former service station at 107 East Chatham Street into the Lloyd’s Full Service restaurant.

The Lloyd’s Full Service project included the partial historic restoration of the exterior facade of the ~ 1,300 SF former service station, the adaptive reuse of the interior, and an ~ 2,500 SF addition housing all of the kitchen and back of house functions for the restaurant.
