Overview:

Chatham Walk is a 33 unit, boutique residential condominium building located at the corner of East Chatham St and Urban Dr in downtown Cary. Featuring modern architectural elements designed to pay homage to the streamline moderne architecture of the Williams House, formally located on the site, Chatham Walk was a first of kind project for downtown Cary, both in terms of the building design and the residential offering.

Completed in late 2020, Chatham Walk was developed by Chatham Street Commercial, with sales and marketing by Fonville Morisey and Barefoot.
