Meridian East Chatham is a multi-family residential and commercial mixed-use development located at the corner of Chatham Street and the future Hunter Street extension in downtown Cary. Project features include:

Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, pool house, dog park and several courtyards among other features. The project will also include a 348-space structured parking deck.
The Meridian East Chatham project is a joint venture development between NorthView Partners and Chatham Street Commercial. NorthView Partners is the master developer of Meridian East Chatham, with Chatham Street Commercial consulting on the retail components of the project. Construction began January 2023.
