The Cedar Street Parking Deck & Retail mixed-use building is an ~ 300 space public parking deck with ~ 5,000 SF of retail space fronting Chatham Street in the heart of downtown Cary. Located on the corner of Chatham Street and Rogers Alley, the parking deck has a vehicular entrance on Cedar Street, and an iconic pedestrian entrance and tower on Chatham Street, featuring a floating staircase with panoramic views and clad in terracotta panels. In addition to the standard streetscape improvements on Chatham, the developer and the Town of Cary renovated and repositioned Rogers Alley as a pedestrian oriented plaza.

Completed in 2026, the Cedar Street Parking Deck is Northwoods Associates property developed by Chatham Street Commercial.
